Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, server-side scripting, data integration, and database management. In this role, you will be responsible for backend development, integrating data with third-party applications, and customizing and automating complex tasks related to daily operations in the healthcare technology sector.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in JavaScript/Python for server-side logic.
• Implement data quality checks and validation procedures.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database schemas.
• Perform database administration tasks, including backups, restores, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for web applications.
• Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Document technical specifications, system designs, and code as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development and database management.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-8 years of experience in backend development using Node.js.
• Experience with postgresql is mandatory
• Experience with stored procedures
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• EDI File generation & submission(Good to have)
• Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
