Our Product Development team is currently seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in Figma, Adobe tools, and designing responsive applications across desktop, iPad, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, along with hands-on experience working in multi-browser environments.

The candidate must have successfully built and scaled multiple product UI/UX components and demonstrate the ability to manage complex, data-heavy interfaces and data visualizations while maintaining a clean, minimalist design approach and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft futuristic, minimalist UI designs for data-rich applications.
• Generate design files in Figma for seamless CSS integration by developers.
• Translate product requirements, user needs, and research insights into clear interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Uphold brand consistency by following established playbooks and maintaining design standards.
• Have strong attention to typography, spacing, color, iconography.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across features.

User-Centric Design

• Analyze and interpret user behaviors and patterns across multiple platforms (desktop, laptops, and mobiles).
• Advocate for and implement minimalist design and user experience patterns.
• Conduct product demos and gather user feedback to inform iterative design improvements.

Communication And Collaboration

• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
• Partner closely with product & marketing managers, engineering, and research to define requirements and shape solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and effectively communicate design rationale, trade‑offs, and user insights.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining design quality and user‑centered principles.

Experience And Skills

• 5 or more years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity & experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or B2B applications is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant design software, including Figma (mandatory) & other Adobe tools.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Have experience working with any of prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, ProtoPie, etc.)
• User research & usability testing

Good To Have

• Demonstrated experience in creating logos and iconography.
• Hands-on experience in crafting high-quality illustrations.
• Demonstrated expertise in visual communication and graphic design.
