UI/UX Designer About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to lead the end‑to‑end design of our cross‑platform digital products, including an iOS/Android mobile app, a React‑based web application, and AI‑driven workflow interfaces. In this role, you will transform complex system requirements—spanning cloud, mobile, web, and AI agents—into intuitive, elegant user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to create cohesive and user‑centric designs that scale across platforms.

This is an opportunity to shape the visual and interaction foundation of a rapidly evolving AI-enabled product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities User Research & Experience Design

• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and persona development.
• Map user journeys, workflows, and information architectures for mobile and web.
• Create wireframes, low‑fidelity flows, and high‑fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Develop accessible and inclusive designs that meet industry standards.

UI Design & Visual Systems

• Design clean, modern interfaces that align with brand aesthetics and product goals.
• Build component libraries and design systems that integrate with:
  • React Native for Mobile (iOS → Android)
  • React for Web (admin console)
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.

AI‑Enhanced UX

• Collaborate with AI and backend teams leveraging:
  • Azure AI Foundry
  • Agentic orchestration frameworks
  • Python-based AI data pipelines
• Design UX patterns for:
  • AI‑assisted workflows
  • Intelligent recommendations
  • Conversational or agent‑driven interactions
• Ensure AI outputs are understandable, transparent, and user‑friendly.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers to refine requirements.
• Collaborate with .NET, Python, and full-stack developers to resolve design constraints.
• Understand data structures and capabilities from Postgres/SQL Server and Symptics search engine to design efficient UI patterns for querying and interaction.

Qualifications Required

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for:
  • React Native
  • React web apps
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive layouts, accessibility, and human‑centered design.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Preferred

• Experience with AI‑enabled product design (LLM UIs, agent flows, prompt‑driven experiences).
• Familiarity with backend workflows (.NET, Python) to understand architectural context.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud ecosystem.
• Understanding of relational databases (Postgres / SQL Server) from a UX perspective.
• Experience designing internal admin tools.

Nice-to-Have

• Understanding of search UX and relevance tuning (bonus for exposure to Symptics or similar search engines).
• Motion design or micro-interaction skills.
• Familiarity with design tokens and developer handoff tools.
