If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a vibrant and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the CMO, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketing projects from inception to completion, with the ability to work cross-functionally with regional and offshore teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
- Lead and manage a diverse range of marketing initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget.
- Manage an offshore team in Southeast Asia, with a focus on data, analytics, content and creative development.
- Collaborate with the Divisions to align marketing strategies and initiatives with growing their customer and service base.
- Build and maintain the marketing milestone tracker, reporting charts, campaign, and content calendars.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project performance across both internal and external teams, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Collaborate with the SDR team and Divisional Sales Managers to ensure leads are actioned in a timely manner.
- Assist with branding projects and events to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement sales enablement initiatives to support the sales team.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage the marketing project management platform and report on project efficiency, resourcing, and timelines
- Assist in managing the martech stack ensuring proper utilization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective.
WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management.
- Experience managing offshore teams, preferably in the Philippines.
- Well-versed in agile project management.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong, positive culture contributor, with the ability to collaborate and influence.
- Knowledge of fire alarm and security systems is a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically and occasionally overseas up to 25%.
