Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Fully Remote. Open to anywhere in Mexico.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Salary: $30,000 MXN Monthly
About the Role:
School Basics is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and implement marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of content creation and execute a strong online marketing strategy while exploring additional growth channels such as events and media opportunities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, and excited to grow within a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, website)
- Build and optimize marketing funnels to drive customer acquisition and conversions
- Coordinate with web developers to manage site updates, landing pages, and functionality
- Collaborate with the design/art team to produce high-quality marketing materials
- Create and manage marketing content, including messaging, offers, and campaign assets and product launches.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Support and participate in events, trade shows, and offline marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Fluent in English is a must (written and spoken)
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience (e-commerce, retail, or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills (you’ll work across teams daily)
- Highly proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, offers, and conversion strategies
- Experience executing campaigns across multiple channels
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
