The infrastructure processes millions of transactions for top names in blockchain and cryptocurrency. You'll solve complex challenges including millisecond latency requirements, distributed consensus, high-throughput data pipelines, and Rust optimization.

The platform serves top-tier consumer and institutional clients and is operated by a senior team with deep backgrounds in large-scale infrastructure, blockchain, financial, and trading technology. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning backend systems at scale and working close to core protocol and data infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Build high-performance backend services in Rust
• Own backend systems at scale
• Work close to core protocol and data infrastructure
• Extend new features into an existing distributed systems architecture
• Solve performance bottlenecks in production systems
• Implement monitoring, observability, and reliability tooling for owned services
• Follow security and code quality best practices
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews

What We’re Looking For

• Strong in Rust
• Hard science degree
• 3+ years of experience with Rust or C++
• 3+ years building high-scale production systems
• Experience building low-latency distributed systems and
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to execute independently
• Experience from reputable startup preferred
• Web3 experience preferred
• Prior experience with developer platforms or infrastructure
