Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and trend-conscious Social Media Marketing Manager with dedicated experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. In this role, you will take full ownership of our brand's social media presence—managing end-to-end strategy, content creation, daily posting, paid advertising, and overall channel management.

The ideal candidate is deeply attuned to social media algorithms, keyword strategies, and digital platform shifts. You are highly research-oriented, with hands-on experience in social listening, trend analysis, consumer behavior, and competitor intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Scheduling: Conceptualize, produce, and schedule high-quality short-form video (Reels, TikToks), photos, and copy that reflect our brand identity and resonate with F&B consumers.
• Account & Community Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across all social channels, ensuring consistent posting and active community engagement through comments, messages, and mentions.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) to achieve clear growth, engagement, and conversion KPIs while managing ad spend effectively.
• Algorithm & Keyword Strategy: Apply platform-specific algorithm and keyword knowledge to optimize posts and captions for maximum search visibility and reach.
• Trend Research & Social Listening: Monitor social trends, viral F&B movements, and conversation shifts to keep our content timely, relevant, and proactive.
• Consumer Insights & Competitor Analysis: Study target audience behavior, conduct regular competitor benchmarking, and feed actionable market research into the overall marketing strategy.
• Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting: Track daily channel performance, generate detailed analytics reports, and deliver data-backed recommendations to continuously improve engagement and ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Proven experience managing social media accounts specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is required.
• Track Record: 3+ years of experience managing social media, content creation, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), their mechanics, keywords, and evolving algorithms.
• Paid Ads Proficiency: Direct experience setting up, targeting, and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Analytical & Research Skills: Strong competency in social listening tools, market trend reporting, and translating performance data into clear strategy adjustments.
• Tools & Software: Proficiency with scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later), social listening software, and basic video/graphic tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite).
