Full Stack Software Engineer (TypeScript / Java)

🌍 Location: Remote / Hybrid (flexible)

📃 Contract: B2B

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a team building large-scale, highly available systems with a focus on real-time communication and event-driven architecture. You'll collaborate closely with senior engineers on both feature development and production stability, with an emphasis on high-quality code and performance optimization.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop both frontend and backend features for real-time, distributed systems.
Improve system reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Collaborate in a high-performing, agile team with a strong engineering culture.
Work on event-driven systems with a focus on user experience and responsiveness.
Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

🛠️ Required Skills:

Proficiency in TypeScript (must-have) and/or Java (strongly preferred).
Solid frontend experience: HTML, CSS, and TypeScript (from scratch, without heavy frameworks).
Solid backend development skills in Java.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, etc.).
Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, memory management, and concurrency.
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Familiarity with Git and Agile development workflows.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

🌟 Nice to Have:

Experience designing RESTful APIs or SDKs.
Exposure to AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, or other cloud technologies.

🚀 Bonus:

Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce development/integration.
