Role Overview
We are looking for an AI-native Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing and agentic automation. You will be responsible for driving growth through Paid Media and SEO, while simultaneously using vibe coding and the ScaleMargins AI stack to automate routine tasks. You aren't just a platform operator; you are a builder who will help refine our "AI-powered Growth Office" for our clients and our own brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Marketing (Hands-on): Execute and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Leverage AI-driven smart bidding while maintaining human oversight on brand alignment and strategic intent.
- Modern SEO & GEO: Lead SEO strategy with a focus on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)—ensuring ScaleMargins and our clients are the primary citations in AI search environments like Perplexity and ChatGPT.
- Workflow Automation: Use AI-native development environments (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Replit) to rapidly build and deploy custom scripts or internal tools that bridge gaps between marketing platforms.
- Agent Orchestration: Manage and deploy AI agents to automate routine work—from lead enrichment and de-duping to 24/7 automated activity logging within the ScaleMargins ecosystem.
- AI Context Management: Work with our persistent AI context layer to ensure that marketing insights are accurately extracted and fed back into sales and operations workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in a hands-on digital marketing role (Agency or High-growth Startup preferred).
- AI Proficiency: Deep experience with LLMs and AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.). You should be comfortable building small applications, custom scrapers, or automation scripts from scratch.
- The GTM Stack: Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush). Familiarity with GTM infrastructure (BigQuery, CRM integrations, or API connectors) is a plus.
- Analytical: Ability to diagnose funnel drop-offs and synthesize fragmented datasets into a single source of truth for strategic decision-making
- Proven Results: A track record of scaling organic traffic and revenue while significantly reducing CAC and eliminating budget waste.
