Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, skilled in audience engagement, and has a track record of growing accounts organically and through paid campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can elevate Scalehub’s digital presence and drive meaningful results for our brand and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
• Manage and create content calendars for Scalehub’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Write, design, and publish engaging posts, including reels, carousels, and stories, aligned with our brand tone.
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes to keep Scalehub competitive.
• Work closely with internal teams to showcase client success stories, results, and case studies.
• Respond to audience queries and foster meaningful community engagement across platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the marketing or eCommerce sector.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Experience in managing paid campaigns and working with analytics tools.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and driving engagement.
• Excellent writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills.
• Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the GCC market and audience preferences is highly desirable.
