We are looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Leader who can build scalable customer acquisition and revenue engines.

This is not a conventional digital marketing role.

You'll own the complete growth lifecycle—from customer acquisition and demand generation to lifecycle marketing, retention, CRM, automation, experimentation, analytics, and revenue optimization.

You'll work directly with the founders and cross-functional leaders to create predictable, scalable, AI-powered growth systems capable of supporting India's fastest-growing consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete growth marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels.
• Drive growth marketing initiatives through continuous experimentation, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Design and execute customer lifecycle journeys using Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, and other engagement channels.
• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing, conversions, and customer engagement.
• Own CRM strategy, including lead management, segmentation, scoring, customer journeys, reporting, and process optimization.
• Improve conversion rates across every stage of the marketing funnel through A/B testing and continuous optimization.
• Analyze key growth metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, Retention Rate, Conversion Rate, and Marketing ROI.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Creative teams to deliver integrated growth initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor marketing performance and identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Proven hands-on expertise in:

• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.

• Excellent communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Compensation: CTC: ₹18–24 LPA (based on experience and expertise), along with variable pay and ESOPs. This role follows a milestone-based growth structure, where you will initially join at the offered CTC. As the Growth Marketing function achieves predefined business and revenue milestones, your compensation will progressively evolve, with the opportunity to transition to an enhanced package that may include a profit-sharing component with no upper earning limit.
• ESOP: Allotments will be made at every milestone, creating long-term wealth opportunities.
• Performance-based journey: Progression in designation, salary, incentives, and ESOPs will be driven solely by vertical growth, not by predefined timelines. Career trajectory: (VP - Marketing < CMO < Co-Founder)
• Work Mode: Work from the Office (Mumbai)
