What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Software Engineer with strong expertise in Browser Automation, passionate about building systems at the intersection of automation, AI, and web security. This role is perfect for someone curious, technically strong, and ready to take ownership of critical parts of the stack.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain ethical, scalable web scrapers for Reddit and other web sources.
Develop and optimize browser automation systems (Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium) capable of managing hundreds of concurrent sessions.
Reverse-engineer anti-bot mechanisms and implement stealth browsing, fingerprint evasion, and real-time session monitoring.
Contribute to building and improving the customer dashboard using Next.js and React.
Develop backend APIs and automation pipelines using Node.js and Python.
Fine-tune and prompt-engineer LLMs to generate relevant, human-like, and SEO-optimized content.
Collaborate closely with founders and users to define priorities and new features.

Requirements

Strong experience with Node.js and Python (automation and backend services).
Proficiency with both NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firestore) and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Proven experience in browser automation using Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium.
Solid understanding of anti-bot systems, fingerprinting, and stealth techniques.
Experience with:
Web scraping at scale
Rotating proxies, captchas, and dynamic content parsing
Prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, GitHub Actions
Microservice architectures
Deploying applications to AWS or Google Cloud
