About The Role
The UX Designer owns the end-to-end user experience for a suite of complex digital products, translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive, elegant, and highly functional interfaces. The role collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to drive design solutions from early concept through high-fidelity implementation.
This position focuses on solving complex workflow challenges, simplifying data-dense dashboards, and establishing scalable design patterns. It requires a designer who balances analytical thinking with a strong aesthetic eye, ensuring every interaction feels natural and cohesive across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design detailed wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Maintain, evolve, and contribute to a centralized, multi-platform design system, ensuring consistency in typography, color, and component behaviors.
- Partner with UX researchers to conduct usability testing, synthesize user feedback, and rapidly iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Collaborate with front-end engineering teams to ensure design specifications are accurately translated into code, conducting design QA prior to deployment.
- Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights to cross-functional stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles across all product areas.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience as a UX designer, product designer, or interaction designer, preferably within a fast-growing B2B or SaaS technology environment.
- An outstanding online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, complex user flows, and a strong eye for visual design and typography.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced features such as auto-layout, interactive components, and design token management.
- Solid understanding of modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact design feasibility and implementation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
- Bonus: Experience designing for mobile applications (iOS/Android) or hands-on experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
