Software Engineer - Full Stack

About The Role

The role drives the development of user-facing products and the robust services that power them. This position sits at the intersection of frontend user experience and backend system architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness across the entire application stack.

The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to transition complex ideas into production-grade features. This team focuses on high-availability web services, modern web interfaces, and automated delivery pipelines to support rapid iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, modular web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
• Design, develop, and document robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Go, or Python
• Optimize application performance on both the client and server sides, diagnosing and resolving bottlenecks across the network, database, and rendering layers
• Integrate and manage relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB, ensuring efficient schema design and query performance
• Write clean, comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, Cypress, or similar testing suites
• Participate in agile sprints, architectural discussions, and systematic code reviews to uphold high engineering standards

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of professional software engineering experience building scalable web applications
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React or Vue.js, and strong TypeScript skills
• Proven experience building backend services using Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Go
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and query optimization techniques
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Bonus: Experience with GraphQL federated graphs, microservices architecture, or mobile development using React Native
