Lead UI/UX Designer

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing and innovative iGaming Company, we are excited to advertise an incredible opportunity for a Lead UI/UX Designer to work on an innovative iGaming platform. Job requirements

• 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, including at least 5+ years in iGaming (online casino, betting, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience managing a design team and delivering complex web or enterprise products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final design solutions for complex products.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility (WCAG), and visual storytelling.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Hands-on expertise in user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Proactive, initiative-taking mindset, with a passion for staying current on design trends.

Job responsibilities

• Translating strategic product requirements into intuitive, user-centered interfaces by working closely with the Head of Product, Product Owners, and key stakeholders.
• Acting as a bridge between design and development, delivering clear specs, assets, and interaction guidelines to ensure smooth and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Managing, mentoring, and inspiring a team of UX/UI and Graphic Designers, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring consistently high-quality design output.
• Owning and driving the UX/UI process end-to-end, from discovery and concept to delivery, ensuring design decisions are backed by insights and aligned with business goals.
• Continuously evolving and maintaining a scalable, consistent design system and best practices across products and teams.
• Staying deeply hands-on: personally conducting user research and usability testing, building wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs, especially for critical features and new initiatives.
• Facilitating regular design reviews, clearly articulating design rationales, gathering stakeholder feedback, and iterating quickly and efficiently.
• Proactively identifying UX/UI improvements and product opportunities, driving innovative design solutions that enhance usability, engagement, and product performance.
