About the role
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Generalist to join our dynamic team.
Job description
Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline for the sales team.
Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, X and Facebook
Design and execute cold outreach campaigns, including crafting compelling messages and utilizing appropriate channels to engage potential clients.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products and features, and maintain ongoing communication with our client base.
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content, aligning with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Oversee and enhance our social media presence, ensuring consistent posting of relevant content.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Posthog, Pipedrive and others, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation, contributing to the continuous improvement of our marketing efforts.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support company goals.
Qualifications
You have:
3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS or fintech industry.
Highly preferred:
Will be a plus:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field will be a plus.
