About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with a proven track record of running successful ROI-driven campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns while ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- .4–5 years of experience in performance marketing within a digital agency (agency experience is mandatory)
- .Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other PPC platforms
- .Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
- .Proven experience in scaling campaigns and meeting ROI targets
- .Excellent analytical, optimization, and problem-solving skills
- .Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
