Head of Content & Portfolio Marketing

Position Overview:

We are seeking our new Head of Content & Portfolio Marketing to join the SBS team!

Reporting directly to the CMO, the Head of Content & Portfolio Marketing leads the team responsible for product marketing and the content engine that powers SBS's market presence. This is a senior leadership role combining the depth of a B2B Product Marketing leader with the editorial ambition of a modern content strategist.

You will manage a team of 5-10 people — PMMs covering SBS's full product portfolio across key geographies, and a content function that translates product insight into compelling narratives for buyers, analysts, and influencers.

Responsibilities:

• Product positioning and messaging across the SBS portfolio
• Content Engine, a scalable system that converts product narratives into sales enablement assets, thought leadership, and campaign content
• Market and competitive intelligence integration into messaging
• Team leadership: hiring, development, and performance
• Cross-functional alignment

Qualifications:

Essential:

• 8+ years in B2B Product Marketing or Content Marketing, with at least 3 years managing teams
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or fintech — banking or financial services strongly preferred
• Proven track record building and scaling a content engine or PMM function
• Strong executive presence — able to hold your own with C-level stakeholders, sales leaders, and GMs
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools and curious about how AI is reshaping marketing practice
• Fluent in English and French
• Based in Paris or London

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-powered GTM or product-led growth motions
• Familiarity with the banking software or fintech ecosystem (core banking, digital banking, lending, regulatory reporting)
• Experience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC)
