Senior User Experience Designer

Sr. UX Designer- St. Louis, MO (Open to Remote)

• Must be able to work on our W2- No C2C.

Duties:

• Experience implementing or integrating AI tooling in design workflows.
• Experience with design system governance and contribution models.
• Service Design and Service Mapping experience
• Deep understanding of modern UX Design tooling landscape (e.g., Figma, AI-generated research synthesis, AI-driven content automation, ChatGPT, CoPilot)
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence, using structured thinking, frameworks, and facilitation tools to bring clarity and align stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with product managers, Eng.s and stakeholders to identify the problem, desired outcome and new opportunities
• Develop Strategy, approach and timelines for design projects in collaboration with product management and Eng.ing
• Move design projects through the product design process, including discovery, concept, detailed design and implementation, facilitating progress at each stage
• Apply quantitative and qualitative user research methods iteratively to gain insights that guide your design decisions • Analyze and visualize user journeys, flows, processes and relationships • Design, visualize and communicate the user experience for our products through concepts, maps, diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity visuals and other artifacts
• Apply a system and platform-thinking approach resulting in design patterns that fit well into the larger component-based product ecosystem
