Job Title: Content Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Content Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of content across digital channels. This role is responsible for creating and managing content that engages our audiences, strengthens our brand voice, and drives measurable growth. You’ll partner with creative, growth, and influencer teams to deliver content that connects emotionally while delivering business results.
This is part strategist, part storyteller, part performance marketer.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage a content marketing strategy across social, email, blog, website, and paid media that supports brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that highlight brand stories and products across channels.
- Creative Briefing: Write actionable briefs for creators, influencers, and production partners, ensuring alignment with brand voice, customer personas, and performance objectives.
- Persona Development: Refine and apply customer personas to guide messaging, storytelling, and targeting.
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, UGC creators, and content partners to amplify brand reach.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze content performance, and use insights to refine strategies for improved ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, growth, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling across touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or performance-driven brand storytelling (brand or agency side).
- Strong understanding of content strategy across owned (email, blog, website) and paid (Meta, Pinterest, YouTube) channels.
- Proven ability to develop content that resonates with audiences and drives measurable results.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with influencers, UGC creators, or creative teams.
- Bonus: Familiarity with home, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
Salary $90,000-$125,000
