We are looking for a Product Marketing Analyst to join our Mobile&Web Apps team and help turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to analyze trends, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited about solving problems through data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate marketing and product performance data from multiple sources, including product usage analytics, campaign data, and financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, retention, and ROI.
  • Calculate and interpret core business metrics — including churn rate, payback period, and funnel efficiency — to guide data-driven marketing and product decisions.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and product positioning.
  • Support A/B tests, funnel optimization, and growth experiments by analyzing results and identifying key performance drivers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, and engineers to define analytics requirements and ensure data accessibility.
  • Conduct trend and predictive analyses to forecast marketing performance and identify emerging opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and data governance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven work as a Marketing/Product/Data Analyst in B2C web or mobile apps.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, segmentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong SQL and Excel (or equivalent) skills.
  • Hands-on experience with funnel analysis and optimization experiments.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and ETL for multi-source datasets.
  • Able to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.
