Job Description/Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and highly collaborative Global Head of Shopper Marketing to lead the development and execution of shopper marketing capabilities and programs across key global markets outside the United States. This role will sit at the intersection of brand, sales, commercialization, and customer strategy, helping translate global brand priorities into impactful shopper-facing activations that drives brand equity, conversion, category growth, and retail excellence.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in brand building with a passion for shopper/trade/commercialization marketing within a global consumer packaged goods environment. The successful candidate has experience managing complex, multi-market programs across channels, customers, and regions. This leader will partner closely with U.S. Shopper marketing teams to identify scalable ideas, toolkits, and creative platforms that can be adapted and re-applied internationally, while also collaborating with global brand and sales teams to create programs built specifically for global shopper and retailer needs.

The role will oversee the development of shopper activation frameworks, point-of-sale (POS) definition and ordering, agency management, and third-party production/vendor relationships to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality execution across markets.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience adapting and scaling programs across global markets while balancing local market needs.
• Proven success partnering with sales, brand marketing, category management, and commercial teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing agencies, creative development, and production/vendor partnerships.
• 8-10 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, commercialization marketing, or customer marketing within a global consumer goods or retail-driven organization.
• Some experience leading global or multi-market shopper marketing programs across diverse regions and channels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Budget management and vendor negotiation experience preferred.
• Experience working across global markets and cultures.
