We’re growing 100% year-over-year, profitable, and running lean with a high-performing team of <10 people.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Performance Marketing & Creative Lead who will directly own our DTC website and Amazon customer growth. This role combines both performance marketing execution and creative strategy – owning the end-to-end flow of creative ad content production to ad platform execution, to conversion funnel optimization. You’ll be responsible for all new customer acquisition and meeting cost and efficiency goals which allow us to scale further.
The Performance Marketing & Creative Lead sits at the epicenter of our ecommerce business – managing the new customer growth of a $12M+ ecommerce channels, and setting the foundation for 2X growth every year. You’ll be responsible for getting things done directly, efficiently, and with autonomy.
If you’re looking for lots of delegation or light workloads – this role isn’t for you. We have no “professional delegators” or “high-level strategists” at our company. Every team member directly owns outputs and metrics which drive our company and mission forward.
