Save Trees is on a mission to disrupt the $30B+ US paper industry and end the deforestation cycle caused by traditional paper products. Household and business paper consumption accounts for 20% of global deforestation—we’re changing that by making tree-free paper the new standard. We launched in 2019 with high-quality bamboo paper products and have been on a roll ever since. We’re growing 100% year-over-year, profitable, and running lean with a high-performing team of <10 people.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing & Creative Lead who will directly own our DTC website and Amazon customer growth. This role combines both performance marketing execution and creative strategy – owning the end-to-end flow of creative ad content production to ad platform execution, to conversion funnel optimization. You’ll be responsible for all new customer acquisition and meeting cost and efficiency goals which allow us to scale further.

The Performance Marketing & Creative Lead sits at the epicenter of our ecommerce business – managing the new customer growth of a $12M+ ecommerce channels, and setting the foundation for 2X growth every year. You’ll be responsible for getting things done directly, efficiently, and with autonomy.

If you’re looking for lots of delegation or light workloads – this role isn’t for you. We have no “professional delegators” or “high-level strategists” at our company. Every team member directly owns outputs and metrics which drive our company and mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow DTC & Amazon channels 100% YoY while meeting acquisition cost goals
  • Directly manage ad accounts (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc) scaling customer acquisition.
  • Be the Lead Producer of ad content alongside creative partners, influencers, etc
  • Develop a high-volume ad creative pipeline with 100+ new ad creatives per week.
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture, continuously testing ads, conversion funnels, and offers.
  • Analyze & track performance data, acquisition results, costs, and ROI metrics.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing roles
  • Proven track record of scaling an ecommerce business through paid media and content-driven growth.
  • Deep experience with Meta and Google ad platforms: Amazon ads is a strong plus
  • Familiar with affiliate programs and influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills; fluent in metrics like CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV.
  • Hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with product, ops, and creative teams.
