Satellite Teams is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support a U.S.-based custom packaging manufacturer renowned for its high-quality products, outstanding customer service, and operational excellence.
This is a dynamic role that blends marketing strategy with hands-on sales operations. You’ll collaborate with a growing team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and passionate about both sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage external partners including lead generators, LinkedIn marketers, and web designers.
- Support marketing campaigns, social media efforts, and strategic initiatives.
- Assign and track sales team follow-ups; monitor lead engagement and campaign performance.
- Generate weekly reports and performance summaries.
- Assist with prospect communications when needed.
- Contribute to marketing strategy and execution of growth-focused projects.
- Organize virtual events, product launches, and campaign rollouts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or operations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required).
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
