Satellite Teams is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support a U.S.-based custom packaging manufacturer renowned for its high-quality products, outstanding customer service, and operational excellence.

This is a dynamic role that blends marketing strategy with hands-on sales operations. You’ll collaborate with a growing team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and passionate about both sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage external partners including lead generators, LinkedIn marketers, and web designers.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media efforts, and strategic initiatives.
• Assign and track sales team follow-ups; monitor lead engagement and campaign performance.
• Generate weekly reports and performance summaries.
• Assist with prospect communications when needed.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and execution of growth-focused projects.
• Organize virtual events, product launches, and campaign rollouts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required).
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
