Planning & Scheduling Engineer

JOB PURPOSE:

Project planning, scheduling, control and progress monitoring, cost controlling and contracts management for projects. Scheduling at all levels, critical activity analysis, look ahead schedules, productivity analysis and shortfall analysis, Progress % S Curves, material planning and turn around material readiness.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Analyze man-hour & suggest effective solution in case of criticality of an activity.
• Monitor the base line/target schedule & update the progress on Primavera & Productivity comparative analysis, Progress shortfall analysis, Preparation of weekly as well as special reports for management action & utilization, involving monitoring of work at various levels & depts. & critical path analysis.
• Plan Projects; prepare schedules in micro levels by using Primavera / Microsoft Project planning software.
• Track, update & reschedule periodically the activities on weekly basis for actual progress of work with target programs.
• Review work forecasts & plans for remaining activities & comments/proposals for any amendments to original plans/schedules.
• Develop & administer all necessary construction team progress meetings & schedule by weekly review with construction team & sub-contractors for delays/ bottlenecks if any.
• Monitor master / original schedule & ensures that, the progress reports accurately reflects the actual performance & productivity against approved plans for Project management team.
• Review all planning & scheduling documentation & ensuring updating of such documents regularly for compliance by various functional /executing teams.
• Identify & review critical activities & sub activities & its impact on project schedules; analyze critical path & providing schedule analysis
• Prepare of work procedures & method statements for sequential activities in project sites with ref. to project specifications; control such documents & its issue.

• Adhere strictly to all cybersecurity requirements while dealing with SASREF’s assets and data
• Comply always with SASREF’s information security policies.
• Performance Indicators:Reporting all suspicious emails including the phishing tests.
• 0 Failure to the phishing campaign tests.
• 100% Completion of the assigned cybersecurity awareness courses.
• 0 Cybersecurity violation or negative behavior.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relative experience
