We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced Analytics Analyst / Data Scientist to join our growing Advanced Analytics sub-team within the Data & Analytics function. This role will focus on leveraging data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis to drive actionable insights that improve commercial decision-making and operational efficiencies.

Location: Remote Eastern or Central, US

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python/PySpark, Tableau, and a solid foundation in advanced analytics concepts, including predictive modeling, optimization, clustering, and NLP.

What You Will Accomplish Together With Us

Develop and deploy predictive models and advanced analytics solutions to drive commercial strategy, sales forecasting, and customer insights.
Utilize Python and PySpark for data processing, feature engineering, and model development on large datasets. Develop customer specific product recommendation models.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models that enhance business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
Implement clustering, segmentation, regression, forecasting, and time-series analysis techniques to identify trends and opportunities.
Work closely with commercial teams to optimize sales territories, incentives, and customer engagement strategies through data-driven insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI/ML, statistical modeling, and analytics in life sciences to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
Create interactive dashboards in Tableau to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to develop and deploy scalable analytics solutions.

What Will Convince Us

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, data science, or a similar role.
Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.) and PySpark for big data processing.
Expertise in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
Solid understanding of machine learning models, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques applied in business settings.
Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure or Snowflake) is a plus.
Familiarity with life sciences and commercial analytics concepts is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
