If you’re hands-on, forward-thinking, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role puts you in the driver’s seat as an AI orchestrator—guiding cutting-edge tools (like Gemini) through every step of the SDLC.

What You’ll Do

• Build full applications using AI from start to finish: planning, coding, testing, documentation.
• Write smart prompts, validate AI-generated code, and stay hands-on throughout the dev cycle.
• Break down complex tasks into AI-executable steps and keep quality high.

What You Bring

• A true AI-first mindset—this isn’t about “using AI,” it’s about letting it build under your guidance.
• Strong prompt engineering and the ability to think critically about AI output.
• Solid technical foundation (C#/.NET, C++, web tech, Python, architecture, databases).
• Fast learner, great communicator, and comfortable working in startup-style speed.

Bonus Points

• Experience with modern stacks (Vue, React, Flask, Tailwind, WPF).
• Familiarity with industrial systems, SCADA, or control systems is a plus.
• Past work in AI-driven development or high-velocity dev teams.
