Director, Client Success Marketing

The Role

The Director is a client leader and digital marketing services professional with strong event sponsorship, display advertising, webinar marketing, email campaign marketing and deep technical marketing skills and experiences. The Director will lead a small team of marketing services delivery professionals working on the largest B2B technology companies in the world. The Director will build lasting professional relationships across the CMO’s team in each client account.

The Director is a type-A person that is self motivated, always puts clients first, has excellent digital marketing skills and is driven for high performance for the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead a global $10M revenue portfolio for client delivery with 100% client retention expectation.

• Work directly with the Chief Client Officer and Sales Executives on global clients assuring growth and value delivery for every client.

• Manage the delivery a dynamic portfolio of client services including:

• Partner Membership Services

• Lead Generation Services

• Webinar Campaigns

• Digital Marketing

• Content Publishing

• Research Sponsorships

• Event Sponsorships

• Manage the delivery, as well as, ongoing maintenance of over 35 client Partner Member assuring results realization.

• Manage all digital advertising client delivery, advertising campaign optimization, conduct client results review sessions and work with finance on all revenue recognition across advertising client campaigns.

• Lead a dedicated Key Account client delivery team to schedule and deliver all client campaigns.

• Travel to SAPinsider events and participate in the digital advertising event experience working with the sponsoring vendors, attendees and overall event operations.

Professional Qualifications

An ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in building long lasting client relationships across all key marketing and executive functions in every client.
• Deep experience with B2B Enterprise Technology marketing goals and marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, content publishing and event marketing services for B2B enterprise technology.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms including SFDC Marketing Cloud, Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
• Software experience with website CMS, opt-in registration form management, HTML, PHP, Adobe Creative Suite, marketing analytics.
• Exceptional speaking, writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel globally to SAPinsider events.

Compensation

The Director enjoys a competitive base salary of up to $125,000 based on direct experience and an annual performance bonus of up to an additional 20% per year with OTE earnings of $150,000 plus. In addition, the role participates in all SAPinsider employee benefit programs including healthcare coverage, life insurance, unlimited paid time off and 401K plan.
