We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, high-performing user interfaces that optimize the experience for students, parents, and educators across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage & optimize Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory.

✅ Develop & implement Microsoft Viva Learning SOPs for franchise training.

✅ Ensure security compliance & IT governance across Microsoft services.

✅ Automate workflows, permissions, and franchise onboarding systems.

✅ Integrate Azure services & infrastructure for franchise scalability.

Qualifications

✔ 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise IT.

✔ Expertise in Active Directory, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams optimization.

✔ Strong knowledge of IT security, compliance, and governance policies.

✔ Experience in training teams and franchise locations on Microsoft tools.

• Preferred SkillsExperience with AI-powered personalization, data-driven design, and gamification.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and UI kits.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX metrics tracking.
• Strong ability to communicate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
