Head of Design

Saphyroo is an Aussie-born logistics tech leader expanding across the UK and KSA. We need a European-based Design Lead to act as the "Head of Creative", managing our design output and ensuring every pixel we ship is world-class.

The Role

You are the final gatekeeper for everything Saphyroo puts out. You will lead and manage our designers while staying "hands-on" with high-level strategy, product UI, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction: Act as the "Head of what goes out." You'll set the visual standard for our platform and marketing.
• Management: Lead and mentor our design team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at top quality.
• Product (Figma): Oversee and contribute to the UX/UI of our TMS platform. You must be an expert in Figma.
• Social Media & Brand: Own the creative strategy for our global social media presence (LinkedIn/X), turning complex tech into engaging visual stories.
• Global Scaling: Adapt the brand for UK and KSA markets (including RTL/Arabic considerations).

Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience: A proven track record in B2B SaaS.
• Leadership Skills: Experience managing other designers and giving constructive, high-level feedback.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced Figma skills and deep knowledge of social media trends/content creation.
• Strategic Eye: You can bridge the gap between "Aussie roots" and "Global B2B leader."
• Location: Europe-based (to manage time zones between AUS, UK, and KSA).
