Who are we?
Santander Auto Software is an exciting new greenfield programme currently at early stages, where we are building a brand-new, state of the art software platform and product suite for the auto finance industry, that will be rolled out across Europe.
The business is 100% tech focused, remote first, and comprised of skilled cross-border software builders, and with a leadership team with accomplished backgrounds.
You will be partners with, not providers to, colleagues in product and the business. There will be no order takers and no order givers. Together with your partners in product and business, you will share equally in decisions about features, dates, and priority. More importantly, you will share equally in the results produced by the software you partnered to build and evolve. That’s a lot of responsibility, but we know that’s the new role of technology in every part of our lives and as software builders we’re excited to co-own the results, not just the effort.
