Hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to build and run the marketing engine across a lean Financial Services B2C Services business.

We need someone who can execute across social, email, partnerships, SEO/search hygiene, funnels, paid tests and performance reporting. This is a high-autonomy role for a commercially minded full-stack marketer who can move from strategy to execution without needing a large team.

The person must be able to execute campaigns directly, move quickly, test ideas, review performance and adapt based on evidence.

Role

• Drive daily execution of all marketing activity across email, funnel, ads and launch campaigns
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (content, sales, founder) to ensure brand voice is consistent, sharp and on-message
• Create and test your own messaging ideas based on performance, intuition and audience feedback
• Manage agency partners (YourTube, Social, Email, Paid ads, Design, etc)
• Own reporting and performance reviews, open rates, conversion, engagement, CAC, etc.
• Launch marketing assets quickly, emails, landing pages, lead magnets

Ownership of the following:

• Event Management, Webinar, Campaign strategy and executive, Social media marketing, YouTube strategy, Email marketing and CRM, SEO, search hygiene and discovery Paid media and funnel support

Essential

• You’ve been the marketing executor in a fast-moving business or startup
• Comfortable in a silo marketing role, no team to manage.
• You’ve used tools such as HubSpot, GA, Meta/Google Ads dashboards, etc.
• You have strong copy instincts
• Demonstrable experience executing campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and short-form platforms.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM, segmentation and automated sequences.
• Practical SEO knowledge and ability to work with website / technical teams.
• Comfort with basic paid-media concepts across Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
• Strong commercial judgement — understands sales, demand, revenue, CAC, conversion and ROI.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms.
• Experience operating in Asia, US and Europe
• Recent experience using AI tools for research, ideation, content adaptation, audience analysis and workflow acceleration.
• Industry Background: Demonstrated Marketing experience within Financial Services, B2C, Professional Services, servicing HWW clients
