About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven, detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Content Manager to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital platforms. This hybrid role blends hands-on marketing automation, data-driven performance tracking, and content development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations
- Execute and optimize digital campaigns in HubSpot, including email marketing, automated workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and integration with Salesforce
- Manage, update, and build marketing lists for targeted outreach and nurture streams
- Track campaign performance and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and marketing attribution
- Analyze campaign data and user engagement to suggest optimizations and report ROI
- Develop, deploy, and monitor email marketing campaigns to support donor recruitment and retention, and customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure Sanguine and partner donor recruitment materials are implemented consistently throughout the trial in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Update webpages as needed
Content Creation & Management
- Write and edit high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, email copy, landing pages, social media posts, case studies, and product flyers
- Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, clear, and aligned with brand tone and positioning
- Leverage AI tools to scale content development while maintaining originality and accuracy
- When needed, use available platforms (ex. Canva) to create simple but engaging graphics
- Utilize templates to create donor recruitment materials
Social Media & Digital Channel Management
- Plan, draft, and schedule LinkedIn content to align with campaign goals and current trends.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize posts for visibility and interaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to amplify thought leadership and brand presence
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards using HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other tools.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to guide campaign adjustments and strategy.
- Track and measure success across channels, including lead generation, email performance, and social media growth.
Cross-Functional Support
- Support marketing aspects of lunch & learns, webinars, tabletop displays, and industry tradeshows.
- Collaborate with sales, product, design, and content teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Assist with website content updates and coordinate with web developers as needed.
- Collaborate with e-commerce marketing manager and ensure product content consistency across platforms like WooCommerce or Scientist.com
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or content marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (email campaigns, automation, and reporting), including experience with Hubspot and Salesforce integration
- Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex life science concepts for different audiences
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn or other B2B digital channels
- Proficient in creating, analyzing, and reporting on marketing dashboards and KPIs
- Experience or deep interest in life sciences, biotech, pharma, or clinical research
- Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, and/or e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and WordPress is a plus.
Pay: 115K-120K annual plus performance based bonus
