Job Responsibilities:
1. Select, build and lead the global cloud strategy direction:
*Conduct in - depth research on cloud computing market trends (including various mainstream cloud forms), technological development, and customer needs. Define and drive the strategic positioning and development roadmap of Sangfor's unique cloud infrastructure products and services.
*Make Sangfor Cloud a globally unique and one of the leading cloud solution providers in the first - tier. Focus on strategic insights and designs for key regions such as APAC and EMEA within the next three years in the short term.
2. Full life - cycle management of cloud products and services:
*This involves market research, demand analysis, product and service definition, functional design, collaborative product development, testing and launch, market promotion, and continuous optimization. Rapidly promote the standardization of products and be responsible for the short - term and long - term development routes of products.
3. Be responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality and competitiveness of cloud products:
*Gain in - depth insights into the unmet needs of the target customer groups, continuously collect various problems of products during customer use, closely monitor the dynamics of cloud computing, competitors' products, and market trends.
*Screen the effectiveness of requirements and prioritize them, manage the progress of product roadmaps well, and rapidly promote the improvement of product quality and competitiveness.
4. Identify opportunities in major battlefields and output strategic maps:
*Focus on regions such as APAC, EMEA, and LATAM in the short term. Maintain frequent communication with customers and channels in the target markets, identify major and sustainable strategic opportunities and scenarios.
*Based on product and market strategies, collaborate with the front - line to output battle maps, and clearly answer how to win and how to gain customer selection.
5. Be responsible for the value verification of cloud products and the construction of unique business models:
*Work closely with departments such as technology R & D, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure the smooth development, promotion, and implementation of products, and continuously collect user feedback to drive product iteration and optimization.
*Focus on partners and customers to create unique business models (not limited to technical ecological cooperation, etc.).
Requirements:
1.Education:
A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as computer science, software engineering, information management, etc.
2.Work Experience:
More than 10 years of relevant work experience in the cloud computing field, more than 5 years of experience as a cloud product manager, with successful experience in cloud product planning and implementation. Those with experience in incubating and operating cloud products and achieving successful large-scale sales are preferred.
3.Professional Skills:
*Have an in-depth understanding of the cloud computing technical architecture, and be familiar with the products and services of mainstream cloud computing platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, ServiceNow, etc.).
*Be familiar with relevant technologies and trends such as hybrid clouds, private clouds, containers, microservices, and DevOps.
*Possess excellent product planning, demand analysis, product design, and project management capabilities.
*Have good data analysis and user research capabilities, and be able to make product decisions based on data and user insights.
4.Soft Skills:
*Have excellent communication and expression skills, teamwork skills, and cross-departmental communication skills.
*Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and be able to actively and proactively promote work.
