Global Digital Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

We are looking for a motivated marketing professional to join our global marketing team for division Ground Support headquarters in Munich on a fixed-term contract for 18 months. What you will be doing:

As Specialist Global Digital Marketing in our international team, you will take on a broad and engaging role combining digital channel management, content creation, and campaign execution.

Your key responsibilities:

• Own and continuously optimize our global website and digital channels to strengthen branding, improve SEO performance and drive ongoing improvement
• Create engaging digital content (web, social media, newsletters) tailored to a technical B2B audience
• Plan, execute, and optimize global digital campaigns
• Manage social media channels and drive engagement and brand visibility
• Analyze digital performance and turn insights into actionable improvements
• Collaborate globally with product marketing, regional teams, and the Sandvik digital network
• Lead and coordinate external agencies to deliver high-quality results on time.
• Drive your own topics independently and take decisions in a dynamic environment

Your profile

We are looking for someone who combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (ideally B2B / technical environment)
• Strong experience with content creation, CMS tools, and social media platforms
• Confident working with campaign performance metrics and analytics
• Experience with video and image creation/editing is a plus
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and deliver
• Strong interest in technology and ability to work with technical stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven mindset
• Fluent English with strong writing skills
