Junior Graphic Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and developing creative materials, including graphics, logos, branding materials, and typography. The role involves collaborating with team members to deliver visually engaging content that aligns with project requirements and organizational branding guidelines. Daily tasks will include brainstorming concepts, refining designs, and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support creative and design needs across the business, including marketing, social media, internal communications, and campaigns

• Develop engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions for a wide range of projects

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

• Comfortable integrating AI tools into your design workflow

• Strong attention to detail and a refined sense of aesthetics

• Ability to adapt your design style to suit different projects and audiences

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong time management and organisational abilities

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply with a strong portfolio)

• A portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and versatility

Salary: AED 4-5k per month
