Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits
Location: London HQ – Remote first policy
We’re looking for a Brand and Business Development Manager who is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll design and execute campaigns that build awareness of our client’s services and products, while also being comfortable picking up the phone, sending outreach emails, and creating opportunities directly.
Experience Required:
- Experience in B2B marketing (tech, SaaS, or consultancy preferred).
- Proven ability to generate and nurture leads.
- Comfortable with both strategy and execution (campaigns, outreach, reporting).
- Experience in managing and optimising Webflow websites.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, analytics, and SEO.
- Ability to create high-quality innovative marketing collateral and sales-enablement material.
- Strong communicator who can work across marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, results-driven, and ready to grow with the business.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and run integrated campaigns across PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email.
- Drive top-of-funnel activity: outreach, inbound campaigns, events, and webinars.
- Support sales/BD team with targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Create and manage marketing collateral (brochures, decks, one-pagers, case studies).
- Ensure all branding and creative assets are consistent, modern, and impactful.
- Collaborate with our content specialist for thought leadership, blogs, and case studies.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and UX improvements in Webflow.
- Track and report on web analytics, campaign performance, and lead conversion.
- Optimise website to improve lead generation and SEO performance.
- Organise and promote webinars, client events, and industry conferences.
- Represent the brand externally, building awareness in target communities.
- Work closely with the Digital Engagement Lead to align on content strategy, SEO, and messaging.
- Partner with the BD team to ensure campaigns and materials support pipeline goals.
