As a Lead UI Designer, you’ll guide the visual direction of our digital products while ensuring that every interface is intuitive, refined, and consistent. You’ll translate complex ideas into clear and elegant user interfaces while mentoring designers and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong visual design instincts with leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of digital product experiences.

How would your day look like at SandCup?

• Lead the visual design direction for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
• Create high-fidelity UI layouts and scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
• Review design work and guide designers toward stronger solutions.
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and usability across products.
