As a Senior Designer on our Marketing Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of SanaTech Global Solutions. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll lead creative, end-to-end initiatives with both strategic vision and tactical precision, ensuring all design work aligns with our brand strategy and supports our business goals.
Using exceptional design and storytelling skills, you will work on a variety of projects, including website updates, marketing campaigns, presentations, motion graphics, videos, and brand assets. You will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and brand experts to craft compelling narratives that present an authentic and professional SanaTech aesthetic across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
- Brand & Creative Strategy: Originate and adapt creative ideas and visuals to elevate the consumer experience across all SanaTech channels, telling meaningful brand stories that resonate with a B2B audience.
- Website Design & Updates: Maintain and enhance our company website with new pages, visuals, and content updates. Work closely with agency partners and developers to implement changes and improve UX/UI.
- Graphic Design: Create a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, blog illustrations, sales decks, event collateral, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Develop compelling motion graphics and edit videos for social media, product explainers, marketing campaigns, and digital channels.
- Brand Development: Serve as a guardian of the SanaTech brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Refine and evolve our brand identity as needed by producing assets like iconography and visual templates.
- Campaign Support: Design and deliver assets for integrated marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Service Delivery teams to execute projects effectively. Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events.
- Vendor Management: Provide creative feedback and direction to agencies or freelancers as needed to ensure high-quality output.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience working on in-house brand teams or in a creative agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brand, marketing, web, illustration, motion graphics, and video editing work.
- Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms for website management.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and front-end development principles.
- Outstanding communication skills; able to deliver clear, error-free written work and present ideas with clarity and confidence.
- A strategic thinker who can use consumer insights to create data-backed recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a B2B technical field, preferably IT consulting, IT services, or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
