About the role:

As part of the regional Marketing team, you will contribute to Samsara's growth in Mexico. As a Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you will execute marketing programs to generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for our sales teams, leveraging multi-touch inbound marketing programs. You’ll contribute towards the Mexico Marketing team’s quarterly pipeline commitments while working with Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Events, and Sales to execute high-quality webinars, email nurtures, content syndication, and direct mail campaigns.

You should be a hands-on, full-stack marketer with strong technical capabilities and a proven track record of building and executing high-impact demand generation programs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Global Center of Excellence Demand Generation team, embracing best practices, and driving scalable, results-driven campaigns.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, orchestrate, and execute campaigns across the full funnel, in coordination with Campaigns Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Forecast and measure the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
  • Develop audience segmentation best practices, integrating them into campaign playbooks.
  • Build and execute campaign activations across channels like webinars, email, content syndication, content marketing, direct mail, and more. Turn net-new activities into evergreen programs.
  • Strategize and collaborate in cross-channel campaigns, to ensure maximized impact for the region.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing including experience in demand generation.
  • Fluent in English with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience using analytics to identify the impact and effectiveness of demand-generation marketing programs.
  • Experience managing channels like webinars, direct mail, content syndication, or email.
  • Highly collaborative with a strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to prioritize amidst many moving pieces and complete high-quality and on-deadline tasks.
  • Strong technical skills with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Relevant experience creating content for emails, blogs, webinars, or web pages.
  • Self-starter: A highly motivated professional who requires minimal supervision and shows initiative with ideas that support marketing strategy and goals.

An ideal candidate also:

  • Passion for experimentation, measurement, and optimization to drive ROI continuously.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess, prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve across multiple projects.
  • Experience creating content such as landing pages, email, etc.
  • A good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer journeys.
  • Has experience with Contentful, ON24, Zoom Webinars, Sendoso or Reachdesk.
