Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong healthcare or digital health experience to help shape intuitive, high-impact user experiences in a regulated environment.
This role is ideal for a designer who understands how to balance user needs, clinical workflows, and business goals while translating complex healthcare journeys into clear, scalable product experiences.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on design role, suited for someone who can move seamlessly from early discovery and workflow mapping through polished, production-ready UI.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, research synthesis, user flows, wireframes, and polished UI
- Design experiences across patient-facing applications, care journeys, and behavior-change workflows
- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma, including complex component libraries and reusable patterns
- Partner closely with product managers, clinicians, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate ambiguous requirements into intuitive user journeys and production-ready interfaces
- Design for regulated healthcare environments, balancing usability, trust, accessibility, and compliance
- Facilitate alignment sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder feedback loops
- Incorporate data from multiple healthcare inputs, including labs, connected devices, remote monitoring, and self-reported data
Required Experience:
- Strong background in healthcare, health-tech, or digital health product design
- Experience designing patient-facing applications and healthcare workflows
- Deep expertise in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff
- Experience building scalable design systems and managing complex component libraries
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Ability to proactively shape product direction in ambiguous environments
- Exceptional communication and storytelling around design decisions
- Experience translating clinical or operational complexity into elegant product experiences
