This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in a complex B2B environment where digital isn’t just activity — it’s accountable for revenue.

You’ll set the strategy and performance standards across paid media, SEO, social and ABM. You’ll lead a team, own agency relationships, and ensure every £ spent is tied back to pipeline and growth.

What you’ll own

• End-to-end digital demand strategy across regions
• Paid, organic, social + ABM working as one engine
• Channel performance, testing frameworks and optimisation
• Budget allocation, ROI and media planning
• SEO as a core growth lever (not an afterthought)
• Agency management and accountability
• Clear, commercial reporting to senior stakeholders
