MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

Location: Egypt - Fully Remote

Freelance contract of 2 years; extendable

ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

Our client is a diversified holding and platform-building group with a growing portfolio across sectors including mobility, aviation, fintech, insurance, healthcare, energy, professional services and other strategic industries.

The organisation is developing an integrated marketing function that supports both the group and its portfolio companies across brand, creative, digital, content, communications and growth.

ROLE PURPOSE

Create high-quality visual and multimedia content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, internal communications and other brand touchpoints.

The Multimedia Designer will translate briefs and brand guidelines into engaging static, motion and video assets while maintaining quality, consistency and accuracy across multiple businesses and audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Design and Production

• Design digital assets for social media, paid advertising, websites, landing pages, CRM campaigns, presentations and internal communications.
• Produce static graphics, infographics, illustrations, animations, motion graphics and short-form video content.
• Adapt master creative concepts into multiple formats, dimensions, languages and platform specifications.
• Develop presentation layouts, visual storytelling materials and executive-ready decks.

Motion and Video Content

• Create motion graphics, animated assets, title sequences, transitions and social-first video content.
• Edit short-form videos, interviews, event footage, internal communications and campaign content.
• Add subtitles, captions, audio, graphics and other post-production elements.
• Optimise content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and internal channels.

Brand Consistency

• Apply brand guidelines accurately across different formats and business units.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colour, layout, imagery, animation and visual hierarchy.
• Support the development of templates, component libraries and reusable creative assets.
• Review final outputs for visual quality, accuracy and technical compliance before release.

Campaign and Content Collaboration

• Work closely with Brand, Content, Social Media, Growth, Digital and Internal Communications teams.
• Translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and production-ready assets.
• Contribute ideas during campaign planning and creative-development sessions.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback while protecting the quality and integrity of the work.

Asset and Workflow Management

• Organise working files, final assets, templates and source materials using agreed naming and version-control standards.
• Manage several briefs and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prepare files for digital publication, animation, video production and print when required.
• Use approved AI tools to support ideation, production and workflow efficiency while applying full creative review.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Animation or a related discipline.
• Strong professional English communication skills.
• Arabic capability is desirable for the Egypt-based position but is not essential unless specifically required for the assignment.

EXPERIENCE

• Four to seven years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, motion design or creative production.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating static design, motion graphics and video-editing capability.
• Experience producing content for digital campaigns, social media, websites and presentations.
• Experience working across multiple brands, clients or business units is preferred.
• Agency, in-house studio or fast-paced corporate marketing experience is advantageous.
