They’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead; a strategic, hands-on expert in paid media to drive the go-to-market strategy and help shape the platform from the ground up. It’s exciting, hands-on, and offers a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be part of something truly special.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead performance marketing strategy across paid media channels including Google, SEM, display, and social.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on growth marketing, using hands-on experience to influence product features and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and optimize audience targeting, conversion flows, and campaign execution.
- Partner with founders and product leaders to refine and roll out a bold go-to-market strategy.
- Develop sales and brand materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and website content.
- Report on performance, provide actionable insights on digital consumer behavior, and continuously improve campaign results.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales to integrate marketing best practices into every aspect of the business.
Requirements:
- 5 -10 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital media, ideally in direct-to-consumer (D2C) or B2C environments.
- Proven track record with paid media channels, particularly Google Ads, SEM, and programmatic/display campaigns.
- Strong grasp of marketing tech stacks, including CDPs, CRMs, and attribution tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to dive into tactical execution as needed.
- Clear, compelling communicator - especially when explaining technical ideas to commercial teams or clients.
- Bonus: Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or a hybrid background in analytics and creative strategy
