The Role
We’re hiring a Creative Marketing Executor — a hybrid creator and executor who can turn direction into exceptional output.
You’ll find ideas, refine them, write with clarity, design cleanly, and publish flawlessly across platforms.
This isn’t a VA role. You’ll operate with the speed, judgment, and attention to detail of someone who understands brand, marketing psychology, and execution.
Your goal: Keep Salt’s marketing engine running every day — with excellence, efficiency, and zero oversight.
You Will Own
- Sourcing and adapting creative ideas, trends, and hooks across industries.
- Writing and refining short-form video scripts, captions, and carousel copy.
- Designing clean, brand-aligned carousels, posts, and lead magnets in Canva.
- Managing and tracking marketing workflows in Asana.
- Scheduling and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Implementing and maintaining simple automations in Zapier and ManyChat.
- Ensuring every asset meets Salt’s standard for quality, tone, and design.
You're perfect for this if you

Tools You’ll Use Daily
- Asana – content and campaign workflow management
- Canva – carousel, post, and visual design (no generic templates)
- ManyChat – simple lead flows and message sequences
- Zapier – basic automation connections
- Google Suite – file management and organization
- Slack – internal communication
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing, creative production, or content operations
- Proven ability to execute high-quality, multi-platform content
- Strong writing and design instincts — tone, spacing, and composition matter
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized and detail-driven
- Experience in fast-paced, high-standard creative environments
Bonus Experience
- Agency, education, or media production background
- Familiarity with real estate, lifestyle, or design-driven brands
- Basic video editing or thumbnail creation skills
- Strong sense for audience psychology and brand voice
Compensation & Logistics
- Full-time contractor (remote, international welcome)
- $1,800–$2,800 USD/month based on capability and ownership
- Flexible schedule with 3–4 hours overlap with U.S. hours
