Product Designer

Salesfinity already has a talented product designer who has built our current experience. Now we’re scaling fast and need a second UX/UI teammate to push the craft further, own new product surfaces, and keep our design system one step ahead of engineering. You’ll collaborate day-to-day with our current designer, founders, and a senior engineering squad to turn big GTM ideas into friction-free workflows for SDRs worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Tackle new frontiers. Lead end-to-end design for fresh feature pods—ideation, user flows, high-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Pair & level-up. Work closely with our existing designer to evolve design principles, run crits, and keep quality bars high.
• Iterate with users. Run interviews and unmoderated tests (Ukraine + global) to validate assumptions and fine-tune usability.
• Scale the system. Expand our component library, polish tokens, and ensure responsive behavior across breakpoints.
• Stay laser-aligned. Sync with engineers in weekly sprint rituals and jump into QA to make sure pixels ship as intended.

You’re a fit if you have

• 3+ years designing complex web/SaaS products; portfolio shows polished UI and clear thinking.
• Mastery of Figma—variants, auto-layout, prototyping, design tokens.
• A user-research toolkit (interviews, usability tests, quick surveys) you can run end-to-end.
• System mindset: color accessibility, type scales, spacing, interaction states.
• Fluent English for async teamwork; Ukrainian or Russian helps with local interviews.

Extra credit

• Experience designing productivity or sales tools (CRM, dialers, analytics).
• Basic React/Tailwind or CSS know-how to speak dev’s language.
• Motion/interaction chops (micro-animations, Lottie, After Effects).

• New modules you owned are fan favorites on customer calls.
• Our design system is twice as robust, with zero “one-off” styles creeping in.
• Research cadence is humming—every sprint starts with user insight.
• You and our first designer operate like a well-oiled duo, mentoring future hires.
