About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proven background in consultative B2B selling to drive client acquisition and growth across our suite of marketing solutions. This is not a transactional sales role — success in this position comes from the ability to understand client challenges, engage senior decision-makers, and co-create customized solutions.

Our offerings include:

  • Customized Marketing Data Preparation (segmentation, list building, enrichment).
  • B2B Digital Marketing Solutions (ABM, content-driven campaigns, performance marketing).
  • Lead Generation Programs (inbound and outbound).

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in advisory-led sales conversations and can translate business problems into tailored marketing growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition by targeting B2B companies in India and the USA.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions with C-level executives, Marketing Heads, and Sales Leaders.
  • Diagnose client pain points and design marketing solutions that align with business growth goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Partner with delivery and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoff and successful campaign execution.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and pipeline generation targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing services, SaaS, or demand generation.
  • Strong background in consultative or solution selling (not transactional).
  • Experience engaging senior-level stakeholders (Founders, CMOs, Sales/Marketing Directors).
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client goals into actionable marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
