About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our marketing agency. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling marketing or creative services and a strong understanding of how agencies operate. You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
This role is 100% remote, but requires a proactive, strategic sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end sales process for agency services (digital marketing, branding, content creation, performance marketing, etc.).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified B2B leads through outbound and inbound channels.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and propose customized marketing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and client portfolio.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track, report, and forecast sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho).
- Represent the agency in client meetings, presentations, and industry events (virtually).
- Provide feedback to leadership on client trends, pricing opportunities, and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of agency services such as performance marketing, SEO, branding, and social media campaigns.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
