Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager/ Trafficker with a understanding of SaaS business models and the US market. This role involves building and leading the entire marketing department for the launch of SalesEngage.ai. You will work closely with our graphic designer to manage social media channels, drive inbound targeting, and build the persona of Henry Herazo. This position requires a strategic thinker with a startup mindset, ready to execute high-impact marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for SaaS business models, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles, digital campaigns, and content creation across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with our target audience.
- Build and manage landing pages, websites, and sales funnels to drive conversions.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in SaaS marketing and apply best practices to our campaigns.
- Lead the development of the marketing department, ensuring alignment with the company's aggressive sales culture and long-term vision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SaaS business models and the US market.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.
- Proficient in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and sales funnel development.
