Salem Web Network is a leading provider of online faith-based content, connecting with audiences seeking inspiration and uplifting messages.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to play a key role in our customer acquisition and engagement efforts. You will support the development, execution, and optimization of high-performing paid social media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and Pinterest, and contribute to website subscription growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising best practices, a passion for data-driven optimization, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across various brands and platforms. You will ensure our marketing efforts deliver results and inspirational and uplifting content that resonates with our audience. You will work with some of the most well-known brands in the faith marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, management, and optimization of PPC campaigns on Meta, Instagram, Pinterest
  • Track and measure digital marketing campaigns; assist in designing test strategies and creative to optimize results, hit goals, and increase lead acquisition rates
  • Assist in writing clear, concise, and strategic messaging that drives business results, supports key marketing initiatives, and inspires action, with a focus on crafting content that is both engaging and spiritually uplifting.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Marketing Team to develop new campaign offers, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and commitment to providing inspirational content.
  • Assist in implementing and managing strategies to increase website subscriptions, including optimizing ads and landing pages, implementing A/B testing, and exploring new acquisition channels.
  • Strengthen brand initiatives by assisting in improving creative content and landing pages, monitoring and analyzing performance data, and identifying needed changes to maximize outreach and website conversions, with an emphasis on delivering content that resonates on a deeper, faith-based level.
  • Conduct site audits to identify email growth opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams to implement strategies to maximize website subscriptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Pinterest) preferred.
  • Experience driving measurable results and achieving ROI goals in social media advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling and inspirational content.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.
  • Understanding of website user experience and best practices for driving online conversions.
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and strategies for growing email lists.
